How To Use Our Application

Downloading The App

  • Navigate to the Google Play Store.
  • Tap the search icon.
  • Enter “Ihiala MFB” in the search bar.
  • Select the app and tap “Install.”
  • Allow the download to complete.
  • Tap “Open” to launch the application.

Getting Started With The App

  • Select “Skip” To bypass the welcome information screen.
  • For existing customers: Select “I Already Have an Account.”
  • For new customers: Select “No, I’m Ready to Onboard.”
  • Check the box to agree to the Electronic Banking Terms.
  • Click “Accept and Continue” to confirm acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Registration

  • Provide your BVN and Date of Birth in the designated fields.
  • Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Input your Email Address and Phone Number.
  • Select your Gender, Title, Marital Status, Occupation, and provide your Full Address.
  • Review and confirm the information, then click Proceed.
  • Select your Means of Identification from the available options.
  • Enter the ID Card Number.
  • Upload your Passport Photograph.
  • Upload your Signature (sign on a piece of paper, capture it using your mobile phone, and save it for upload).
  • Click Proceed to continue.

  • Select and answer Security Question 1 and 2.

  • Indicate how you heard about us by selecting an option.
  • Enter your Referral Code (if applicable).
  • Click Create Account to complete the process.
  • Click Proceed to finalize your application.
  • Enter your BVN, Account Number, and Date of Birth in the designated fields.
  • Input the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Review and complete any empty fields in your personal information.
  • Create and input your Username.
  • Set and confirm your Four-Digit PIN and Password.
  • Carefully review and verify your information.
  • Select and answer Security Question 1.
  • Select and answer Security Question 2.
  • Click Proceed to finalize your application.
