Ichie(Dr) Simon Ozo Okeke FCIB, is a chartered Insurance Practitioner and the chairman of Ebeleri Development Foundation . Prior to his appointment, he was the managing director/CEO of Central Insurance Company which later merged with Linkage Assurance Plc. After attaining this highest position in his career, he left public office to manage his own Insurance Broking business-Souche Insurance Brokers which later changed its name to Purebond Insurance Brokers Ltd. As an astute investor and corporate governance strategist, Chief Okeke floated four other companies that he manages till date- Souche Parcel Services Ltd-a logistics company, Business Support Network Ltd-a General Services outsourcing company and Purebond Global Investments Ltd which into public sector finance and real estate development company. He is a fellow of the Nigerian Chartered Insurance Brokers and holds an honorary doctorate in public administration from Stratford University and Geofidel Institute for Leadership and Management , London United Kingdom. He’s currently the chairman, board of directors of Ihiala Microfinance Bank Ltd.

Kanu Chidi Solomon is from Asa in Ukwa west Local Govt, Area of Abi state. He attended New Bethel Primary School Onitsha, Asa High School Asa Abia State and Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Anambra State. He Graduated with B.Sc. Banking and Finance.
He worked in United Bank for Africa PLC (UBA) in various Branches up to Branch Accountant in Onitsha main Branch. Joined Ihiala Microfinance Bank Limited in 2005 as the Internal Auditor later moved as the Head of Operations. He was elected a Micro Finance Certified Banker by The Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in May 2011. Currently the Managing Director/ CEO Ihiala Microfinance Bank limited.

Dr. Onuchukwu Modestus Chuka is from Ihiala in Ihiala Local Government Area, Anambra State. Schooled at Umunnamehi Primary School between 1972 -1978.
Attended All Hallows Seminary Onitsha and graduated with West African Examination Council (WAEC) between 1979 -1984. Had Diploma in Latin from Pontifical Urban University Rome 1983
Dr. Modestus went to IMT Enugu where he studied Chemical Engineering from where he proceeded to University of Nigeria NSUKKA 1987-1994 and graduated with Doctor of Veterinary medicine (DVM).
He worked at Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperative at one of their Veterinary Clinic at Keffi Street Obalende as a Veterinary officer/Copper between 1994-1995.
He is the Head, Alphavet Veterinary Clinic and Surgery at Oniru Shopping Complex Oniru Victoria Island Lagos till date.
Dr Onuchuckwu was the former president of Ihiala progress Union Lagos Branch 2014-2017
He was a member of the caretaker committee that stabilize Association of Anambra State Development Union (AASDU) Lagos during their crises period (2019)

Engineer Sylvester Ikechukwu Onyeka - Profile
Engineer Sylvester Ikechukwu Onyeka brings over two decades of distinguished experience in the Oil & Gas industry, prominently across various critical roles. His career began with Terminal Operations at Chevron Nigeria Ltd, in Escravos, followed by Offshore Chemical Applications Engineering with Nalco Energy at ExxonMobil Erha FPSO. He then advanced into pivotal positions in HSE Management and Technical Safety Engineering within Shell Companies in Nigeria (SCiN), culminating in his current role as the Safety & Environment Manager for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Port Harcourt.
Prior to this, Sylvester led the Safety & Environment team for Brownfield projects, Deep Water Project/Engineering at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCO) Lagos, and he also contributed significantly during his secondment to Nigeria LNG Bonny, where he held roles including Head HSE for Project Delivery and Technical Division.
Educationally, Sylvester holds degrees in Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Benin, complemented by an MSc(Eng) in Process Safety and Loss Prevention from the University of Sheffield, UK. His professional affiliations include memberships in the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), American Chemical Society (ACS), and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE). Additionally, Sylvester is actively involved in community service as a Rotarian.
Sylvester is proud son of Ihiala and was appointed to the board of Ihiala Microfinance Bank in 2022, heading its IT Subcommittee. He also sits on the board of other companies including Pills & Tabs Ltd where he is the current Chairman.
Outside of his professional achievements, Sylvester finds fulfillment in family life with his wife Chinazom and their two sons.
